Our focus is simple: get brands in front of students in ways students actually respond to.

The Role

We're hiring Community Leads to build and grow HYPEDIN's student network across colleges.

This is a good fit if you understand college culture, like working with students, and can hold relationships with society heads, club leads, and campus organisers. You'll own community growth, run our campus ambassador programs, and make sure students show up for HYPEDIN campaigns.

Most of the job is people work: reaching out, following up, coordinating a lot of moving parts, and getting things done without being chased.

What You'll Do

Community building

- Build and hold relationships with students, societies, clubs, and campus leaders
- Grow HYPEDIN's network of student communities across colleges
- Find active communities, student influencers, and potential campus partners
- Keep the community engaged through regular activity and initiatives
- Be the main point of contact for student communities and campus reps

Campus ambassador program

- Recruit, onboard, and manage student ambassadors
- Set clear tasks, targets, and deadlines
- Track performance and deliverables
- Keep good ambassadors motivated and around




- Build a campus leadership layer that supports our campaigns

Campaigns and events

- Work with student communities to run brand campaigns and campus activations
- Mobilise students for events, workshops, competitions, and promotions
- Hit participation targets and make sure campaigns reach the right audience
- Coordinate with our internal ops and brand teams
- Handle on-ground issues as they come up

Tracking and reporting

- Maintain community, ambassador, and engagement trackers
- Track participation, reach, conversions, and campaign metrics
- Share regular updates on community performance
- Spot where engagement is dropping and fix it
- Bring new ideas for growing the community

What We're Looking For

- Experience with campus communities, college societies, events, student programs, or ambassador programs (a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of college culture
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to juggle multiple people and stakeholders at once
- Comfortable cold-reaching new people and building from scratch
- Ownership and follow-through
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable with targets and deadlines
- Able to work independently and move fast

Nice to Have

- Ran a campus ambassador or student community program before
- Worked with college societies, clubs, fests, or student bodies
- Background in community building, events, marketing, or youth engagement
- An existing network across colleges
- Experience managing a team of student ambassadors
- Experience scaling a program across multiple campuses
