Role Overview

We are looking for a Director – Sales to build and lead the sales function and take complete ownership of GTM, revenue growth, enterprise acquisition, P&L; and market expansion .

This is a leadership role for a proven sales qualified who can build the sales engine from the ground up, establish a robust enterprise pipeline, drive large-value closures and create sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build the Sales Function from Scratch

- Build the sales organisation, structure, processes, KPIs and sales governance.
- Define sales strategy, territories, target segments and revenue plans.
- Hire, mentor and build a high-performing sales team.

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Own overall sales targets, revenue growth and business development.
- Drive new client acquisition, account expansion, renewals and repeat business.
- Personally lead high-value and strategic deal closures.

GTM & New Market Expansion

- Develop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for 2gethr.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and revenue opportunities.
- Expand the business across key commercial markets.

P&L; & Business Growth

- Own business performance, revenue, margins and commercial outcomes.
- Develop pricing and commercial strategies aligned with market demand.
- Work closely with leadership, finance and operations to improve profitability.

Enterprise Sales & Partnerships

- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Founders, GCC Heads, HR Heads, Workplace/CRE Heads and Procurement leaders .
- Develop strategic partnerships with IPCs, real estate consultants, developers, brokers and corporate ecosystem partners .




- Drive large enterprise and GCC requirements for managed offices and flexible workspace solutions.

Sales Pipeline & Forecasting

- Build a strong and predictable enterprise sales pipeline.
- Establish sales forecasting, CRM discipline and conversion metrics.
- Track pipeline, closures, revenue and sales productivity.

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor activity, pricing, market trends and customer requirements.
- Provide market intelligence to the leadership team and identify emerging opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in B2B, Enterprise Sales, Business Development or Commercial Real Estate.
- Strong experience in Managed Offices, Flexible Workspace, Coworking, Commercial Real Estate, Workplace Solutions or Interior Fit-Out .
- Proven track record of building sales teams and delivering significant revenue growth.
- Strong network across GCCs, enterprises, corporates and the commercial real estate ecosystem .
- Experience in GTM, P&L; ownership, strategic partnerships and new market expansion .
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate at CXO and Founder level .
- Highly entrepreneurial, target-driven and comfortable building a function from scratch .
