We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary contact between buyers and sellers, guiding clients through property viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a strong drive to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Prospecting: Actively follow up with inbound leads, conduct cold outreach, and build a database of prospective buyers and property owners.
- Property Showings & Consultations: Lead client consultations to assess buying/selling needs and conduct guided property viewings.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate purchase offers, lease terms,
and pricing strategies to secure optimal outcomes for clients while coordinating with legal and financial partners.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on local market trends, pricing fluctuations, inventory, and regulatory requirements.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, lead statuses, and deal pipelines in the company CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- 2+ years of sales or client-facing experience (real estate or hospitality preferred).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends for property showings and open houses.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and contract management tools.
