Shri Paramani Jewels is a jewellery house based in Green Park, New Delhi. We work closely with our clients, and most of our business begins with a conversation.

About the role

This is not a sales role. You will not be closing deals or handling negotiations. Our showroom sales team does that.

Your job is to get clients through the door. We receive a steady flow of enquiries from online channels and other sources, and your day revolves around calling those leads, having a warm and professional conversation, and booking them for an appointment with our sales team. You are the first voice of Shri Paramani Jewels, and the bridge between an enquiry and a visit.

What you'll do

- Call inbound leads and enquiries received through online and offline channels
- Understand what the client is looking for and answer basic questions about visiting us
- Schedule appointments and coordinate timings with the in-office sales team
- Follow up with leads who didn't answer, asked to be called later,



or didn't turn up
- Maintain clear records of every call, outcome, and appointment
- Share daily and weekly updates on leads called and appointments booked

What we're looking for

- Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the working day
- Clear, polite spoken English. You don't need to be flawless, but you should be able to hold a conversation confidently with an English-speaking client
- Ability to read, write, and understand English well enough to handle notes, messages, and follow-ups
- Fluent in Hindi
- Organised and consistent. Following up reliably matters more here than being clever
- Basic comfort with WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, and a computer
- Freshers are welcome. Prior telecalling, customer support, or front-desk experience is a plus, not a requirement
