Rev-Empire is a B2B outbound agency providing lead generation, appointment setting, cold calling, SDR support, and fully managed outbound campaigns.
What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients in the US market.
- Have meaningful sales conversations, qualify prospects, and handle objections.
- Identify decision-makers and book qualified meetings.
- Find and research your own prospects using LinkedIn and other data sources.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, email, or LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate call notes and prospect updates in the CRM.
- Work independently toward daily calling and meeting targets.
- Support both Rev-Empire’s internal sales efforts and client campaigns.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales, preferably targeting the US market.
- Robust spoken English and the ability to hold natural, confident conversations.
- A sales-oriented profile with experience engaging and qualifying prospects.
- Comfortable handling objections and speaking with business decision-makers.
- Able to independently research companies, identify contacts, and build prospect lists.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B prospecting.
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results.
- Experience working at a lead generation, sales or marketing agency is preferred.
- Sales experience from another industry is also welcome.
