Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Coimbatore in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients and project teams to develop and implement interior design concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing mood boards, layouts, and drawings, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves space planning, selecting finishes and furnishings, reviewing construction drawings, and overseeing installation and detailing on site. The Interior Designer will also manage project timelines,



maintain documentation, and support budgeting and procurement activities to help ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in interior design and space planning, with the ability to create functional and visually cohesive layouts.
- Knowledge of architecture and construction drawings, including the ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical plans.
- Experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
- Strong design software skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and ability to produce 2D and 3D presentations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
