About the Role

We are looking for a creative, active, and responsible Marketing Assistant to support our

marketing and business development activities. The candidate will assist in content creation,

social media management, campaign coordination, lead support, market research, and

day-to-day marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Content Executive

- Plan, create, and manage all social media content through a structured content calendar, while also designing project brochures, marketing creatives, promotional materials, and other required brand assets.
- Independently visit project sites, handle complete video shoots, and turn the footage into professionally edited short-form videos, long-form videos, reels, walkthroughs, promotional content, and ad creatives using manual editing software.
- Support in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

- Video Editing – Mandatory : Must be able to independently edit qualified short-form videos, reels, promotional videos,



property walkthroughs, and social media videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- AI Video Editing – Mandatory : Must know how to use AI-based video editing and content creation tools to improve videos, generate/edit visuals, add effects, captions, transitions, backgrounds, and create engaging social media content efficiently.
- Ad Creative & Graphic Design – Mandatory : Must be able to independently design Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad creatives, social media posts, posters, WhatsApp creatives, thumbnails, brochures, and other marketing graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Video Shooting – Mandatory : Must be comfortable shooting videos independently using a smartphone or camera for property sites, projects, office content, interviews, testimonials, reels, and promotional campaigns. Should understand basic framing, lighting, camera angles, and audio quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates with 2 or more years of experience can apply.
- Candidates from marketing, digital marketing, social media, content creation, or business development background will be preferred.
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
