Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BIM professional at Assistant Manager level with strong expertise in BIM modeling, quality control, multidisciplinary coordination, and project execution.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and reviewing BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300 , conducting model and drawing QC, coordinating clashes, and working closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modeling & Development

- Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 300 based on project requirements.
- Ensure BIM models comply with client standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project requirements.
- Work with Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination models.
- Support project teams with model setup, family creation, documentation, and model development.
- Review models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.

Quality Control (QC)

- Conduct quality checks on BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables .
- Verify compliance with project standards, naming conventions, modeling guidelines, and workflows.
- Review and analyze clash detection reports and coordinate corrective actions with respective teams.
- Monitor closure of QC comments and maintain appropriate quality records.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across multidisciplinary models and deliverables.

Coordination & Project Management

- Coordinate BIM deliverables with internal teams, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders .
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions.
- Track project progress, deliverables, milestones, and team performance.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.




- Ensure BIM deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Team Handling & Technical Support

- Guide, mentor, and support junior BIM modelers and engineers.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the BIM team.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team training where required.

Required Software Skills:

- Autodesk Revit – Mandatory
- Navisworks – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – Preferred
- Tekla / Allplan – Added Advantage

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes .
- Hands-on experience with LOD 100–300 modeling and development .
- Good knowledge of clash detection, coordination, and multidisciplinary model review .
- Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, modeling standards, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor BIM teams effectively.

Education & Certification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Certification in BIM / Autodesk Revit will be an added advantage.
