Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business associates.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Maintain records, schedules, and regular follow-ups.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion.
- Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Client Relationship,
Customer Service, Office Coordination, Administration, or a similar role .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive approach with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and handling multiple responsibilities.
