Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide project information.
- Explain project features, pricing, offers, and other relevant details.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Achieve daily calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
