- Lead and train a team of designers, illustrators, and artists.
- Responsible for creative vision and output across different brands
- Provide pitch direction and present the creative vision to the clients
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand brand requirements and objectives.
- Be updated on industry trends and creative design techniques.
- Implement and understand brand feedbacks
Skills Required:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience of 8+ years as an artist and leader in digital and mainline
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
