Draft, review, and negotiate loan/facility agreements, development agreements, debenture documents, and security documents. Conduct end-to-end title due diligence covering ownership, encumbrances, approvals, zoning, and RERA compliance. Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, RERA, and other applicable regulations.
