Role Description We are looking for an experienced accountant with expertise in Tally, Excel, PowerPoint, and Import Export documentation. This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Kolkata. She will handle day-to-day financial accounting, including recording transactions, preparing vouchers, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial statements, supporting budgeting activities, monitoring expenses, and assisting with cash flow management. The role also covers GST and other tax-related documentation,



ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. She will collaborate with internal teams, respond to audit queries, maintain accurate financial records, and support management with timely financial reports. Qualifications Robust knowledge of accounting principles, ledger management, and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for reports and analysis. Understanding of taxation, GST, and statutory compliance relevant to the chemical or manufacturing sector. Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate, organized records. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks independently. Export Import documentation handling experience and expertise. Prior experience as an Accountant in manufacturing, chemicals, or related industries is preferred.
