We are a young E-commerce business and we are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Associate to manage all our sales & support conversation across various platforms including social media & Whatsapp. This is an excellent chance to be part of a company that is on a rapid growth trajectory. The role will report directly to the co-founders.



Responsibilities Respond to all incoming enquiries on Social Media and other chat based business platforms such as Whatsapp Respond to all incoming voice based sales & support enquiries Have a sales mindset- approach each customer conversation with the intent to close Accomplish outbound sales calls for each day and meet sales targets Ensure all customer support and service requests are addressed in a timely manner Respond via email for all customer exchange & return requests Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience Self motivated and an inclination to work independently Prior experience in customer support/ chat support Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Bachelors Degree Remuneration As per Industry standards.
