Title: Sr. Safety Officer – Electrical EPC Projects - 3 Opening Safety Officer – Electrical EPC Projects - 3 Opening Location: HYD / Chandan Valley Industry: Electrical EPC / Electrical Turnkey Projects Experience: 2–10 Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to ensure safe execution of electrical EPC projects at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites. Conduct regular site safety inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks . Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions . Ensure protected execution of electrical works including HT/LT installations, cable laying, cable tray installation, panels, DG, transformer, earthing, and testing & commissioning . Monitor safety during working at height, lifting & shifting, excavation, hot work, electrical work, and confined-space activities . Ensure proper use of PPE, safety tools,



and equipment by all workers and subcontractors. Verify Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, work permits, and risk assessments/JSA before commencement of critical activities. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety awareness programs for site employees and subcontractors. Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses , and prepare reports with corrective action plans. Maintain all required safety records, inspection reports, training records, and statutory documents . Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve safety-related issues. Qualification & Experience NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / ADIS / Safety Diploma certification preferred. 2–10 years of experience in safety, preferably with an Electrical EPC / MEP / Data Center / Industrial project . Strong knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO, PTW, PPE, risk assessment, and work-at-height safety . Good communication, reporting, coordination, and leadership skills. Candidates with experience handling large-scale EPC projects will be preferred.
