Inspire Institute of Sport is looking to hire Swimming Coaches in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Coaches to support the coaching team at the High Performance Center. The coach will assist in delivering structured training programs, monitoring swimmer development, and maintaining a positive, disciplined, and athlete-centered training environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coaching & Athlete Development: Ø Assist senior coaches in delivering daily swimming training sessions. Ø Supervise and coach swimmers during water and dry-land training. Ø Support the development of technical skills across all four strokes, starts, turns, and finishes. Ø Monitor attendance, training performance, and athlete progression. Ø Assist with competition preparation and race analysis. 2. Athlete Management: Ø Promote discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior among swimmers. Ø Build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and staff. Ø Support swimmer welfare and ensure a safe training workplace.



Ø Assist in talent identification and athlete retention initiatives. 3. Competition & Event Support: Ø Attend competitions, training camps, and program activities as required. Ø Assist with meet entries, warm-ups, race preparation, and post-race feedback. Ø Support internal competitions and team-building activities. 4. Administration & Reporting: Ø Maintain training records and attendance data. Ø Assist in collecting performance metrics and testing results. Ø Submit reports and feedback to senior coaching staff. Qualifications & Requirements: Ø Diploma in Sports Coaching Swimming/Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education. Ø Recognized swimming coaching certification by (SAI, SFI, ASCA, or equivalent). Ø Minimum 1 - 10 years of coaching experience. Ø Good understanding of competitive swimming techniques and training principles. Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ø Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and competitions. Ø Competitive swimming background.
