We’re looking for a Inside Sales Executive who can turn consumer interest into adoption and drive meaningful impact. What You’ll Do Lead conversion: Manage inbound leads from Meta/Google campaigns, website, WhatsApp, and marketplaces. Customer engagement: Call, understand needs, explain products, and build trust. Objection handling: Address concerns around price, necessity, delivery, and usage. Follow-ups: Persistently re-engage warm and dormant leads. Sales closure: Guide customers through purchase and payment. CRM management: Maintain accurate lead stages, notes, and conversion status. Revenue accountability:



Achieve daily call quotas and monthly conversion targets. Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling relevant products. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, D2C Sales, Telecalling, or Counselling . Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. Comfortable with high call volumes and daily follow-ups. Target-driven, persistent, and empathetic. Basic knowledge of CRM/lead-management tools preferred. Mandatory: Hindi & English proficiency; regional languages are a plus. Why Join Us?
