Python/Copilot or automation is preferred Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Prior team management / people leadership experience Key Responsibilities Lead delivery and integrity of daily/monthly financial and regulatory information Manage end-to-end business unit controls, including P&L; production, analysis and balance sheet substantiation Support core Treasury activities across Liquidity, Capital, Term Funding, Securitisation, Interest Rate & FX Risk Produce and support Basel III liquidity metrics and regulatory reporting Drive data integrity, financial forecasting, modelling and reconciliation Identify and resolve financial/control issues and provide solutions to senior stakeholders Lead, mentor and develop team members
