About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning, and growth of the Fymble brand. You will be responsible for defining our brand identity, maintaining consistency across every customer touchpoint, driving awareness campaigns, and building a brand that resonates with fitness enthusiasts, gym owners, and wellness communities. Your mission is to establish Fymble as a leading name in the fitness-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy including positioning, messaging, tone of voice, visual identity, and brand architecture.
- Own and maintain the brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding across digital platforms, print materials, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage brand awareness initiatives across digital marketing, influencer collaborations, PR campaigns, community events, and experiential marketing.
- Monitor brand health metrics including awareness, customer perception, sentiment analysis, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and share of voice.
- Lead storytelling initiatives by creating compelling narratives for social media, blogs, PR, investor communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage partnerships with fitness influencers, athletes, ambassadors, sponsors, and complementary brands.
- Collaborate with design, content, video, and marketing teams to ensure every creative asset aligns with the brand strategy.
- Research competitor branding, industry trends, and customer insights to continuously refine and strengthen the brand.
- Develop brand crisis communication plans and manage reputation risks with timely and strategic responses.
- Prepare and present brand performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Marketing,



or Strategic Marketing.
- Proven success in building, growing, or repositioning consumer, technology, or lifestyle brands.
- Robust understanding of brand strategy, positioning, differentiation, and brand architecture.
- Excellent creative judgment with the ability to review and guide design, content, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Experience using brand tracking tools, conducting market research, and analyzing customer sentiment.
- Outstanding storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills across multiple marketing channels.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, PR agencies, media relations, sponsorships, and strategic brand partnerships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting brand performance metrics and converting insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth business environments.
