About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven SEO, ASO & Meta Ads Manager to drive organic and paid growth for Fymble across search engines, app stores, and social media platforms. You will own our SEO strategy, App Store Optimization (ASO), and Meta advertising campaigns to maximize website traffic, app downloads, user acquisition, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content planning, link building, and local SEO initiatives.
- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) for Google Play Store and Apple App Store by optimizing app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, preview videos, and ratings.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for awareness, lead generation, app installs, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research using SEO and ASO tools to identify high-volume, high-intent search opportunities.
- Perform technical SEO audits covering website speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawlability, mobile optimization, and indexing improvements.
- Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, app store listings, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Build and optimize audience segments including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting campaigns, and interest-based targeting within Meta Ads.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings, app store rankings, downloads, CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, Meta Ads updates, and App Store policy changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and development teams to align SEO, ASO, and advertising strategies with product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications





- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing SEO, ASO, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with SEO platforms including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience using ASO tools such as App Annie (data.ai), Sensor Tower, AppTweak, or SplitMetrics.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager including campaign structure, audience targeting, Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and campaign optimization.
- Robust understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and marketing attribution.
- Experience conducting A/B testing for landing pages, advertisements, and app store listings.
- Basic understanding of HTML, structured data (Schema Markup), and WordPress content management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
