Job Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Understand IT job requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment process.
- Experience in sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

- 2-6 years of IT recruitment experience (C2H or Permanent staffing).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Proven experience in IT Recruitment (C2H hiring)
- Strong client handling and communication skills
- No employment gap beyond 3 months
- Not Eligible HR Generalists / HR Executives / Non IT Recruiters US Staffing professionals
- No Gaps In education and Experience
