We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale programs or complex projects in an Agile/Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT projects/programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Agile best practices.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and manage change effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
Experience
- Total Experience:
7 to 10 years
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT project management
- Agile Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments
- Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar Agile PM tools
Key Skills
- 6+ years of program or large-scale IT project management experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Secure Agilist (SA)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
