Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier relationships across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop category management plans, including spend analysis, market research, and contract negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all aspects of procurement operations.

Job Requirements :

- 2-15 years of experience in global procurement or strategic sourcing within IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful e-sourcing programs using tools like Ariba or Coupa.
- Solid understanding of globalization trends and their impact on procurement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
