Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sandwich Maker role based in Kochi. The Sandwich Maker will prepare a variety of sandwiches and related food items according to set recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include assembling ingredients, operating basic kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines. The Sandwich Maker will also assist with stocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with other team members to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food Service.
- Strong experiance in making breads
- Candidates should possess skills in Food & Beverage operations and Food Safety.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards and safe handling of food is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Kochi, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to follow established recipes and procedures.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or food counter setting is an advantage but not strictly required.
