- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to Java applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools such as debugging software and logging techniques.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes or workarounds.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in application support or product support role.
- Solid knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring).
- Experience working with relational databases (SQL) is required; NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is an asset.
