- 7-8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Procurement Analytics, or related domains.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas and basic machine learning libraries).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Good understanding of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Spend Analytics.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including forecasting, classification models, and NLP applications.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including data and ML services.
- Expertise in data cleansing, ETL processes, automation, and data quality management.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
