Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer VMware, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Active Directory, and firewall security controls.
- Configure and manage Windows and Linux servers.
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data protection using Acronis.
- Act as the final escalation point for critical IT incidents and infrastructure issues.
- Administer Active Directory users, groups, GPOs, and access permissions.
- Support Linux servers and backend environments using PuTTY.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Outlook, Windows desktops, and end-user systems.
- Work with DBeaver and have a valuable understanding of PostgreSQL for database connectivity and basic administration.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and ensure high system availability.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, licensing, and infrastructure support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, ITIL processes, and SLA commitments.
