Looking for an experienced AWS Connect Solution Engineer to design, implement, and production support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable Amazon Connect contact center solutions for voice, chat, IVR, routing, reporting, and automation.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure Connect flows, queues, routing, and integrations.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, APIs, Lambda, Lex, S3, CloudWatch, and other AWS services.
- Provide guidance on security,



scalability, monitoring, and best practices.
- Support implementation, deployment, and production while improving CX and agent efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on Amazon Connect design and implementation experience.
- Valuable knowledge of AWS services, contact center technologies, IVR, routing, and CRM integrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred

- AWS certification.
- Experience with conversational AI, chatbots/voice bots, analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
