About the Role"

The Desktop Support/Production Support role involves providing basic application and infrastructure support through troubleshooting, resolving issues, and maintaining software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Troubleshoot application, API, integration, workflow, and database-related issues
- Support applications built using:
- .NET / ASP.NET Core
- Azure SQL
- Azure Logic Apps
- SharePoint Online
- OpenText platforms
- AI-enabled enterprise applications
- Monitor and support Azure PaaS services including:




- Azure App Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Storage
- Azure SQL
- Azure Application Insights
- Analyze logs, alerts, API failures, and system performance issues
- Support SharePoint document storage and permissions-related issues
- Assist with OpenText workflow and document processing support
- Support SaaS applications hosted on Microsoft Cloud architecture
- Perform incident troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution activities
- Coordinate with L3, development, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams for issue resolution
- Support deployment validation, release support, and production stabilization activities
- Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, KB articles, and support runbooks
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely incident resolution
- Participate in on-call support and major incident activities as needed
- Support monitoring, alert management, operational health validation, and AI-assisted incident troubleshooting activities across enterprise cloud applications
- Execute runbook-driven operational activities, deployment validation, release support, and SOP-based support processes within the production workplace
- Participate in platform reliability, operational resilience, operational automation, observability improvements, and continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance application stability and support efficiency
- Support human-in-the-loop operational workflows by validating AI-assisted diagnostics, incident analysis, and remediation recommendations

Experience Required

- 5+ years of IT experience
- Strong experience in L2 production support and cloud application support (.Net)
- Experience supporting enterprise applications hosted on Microsoft Azure platform
