Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle outbound sales activities for the US market.

You will research and prioritise leads, make high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based businesses, pitch the product, handle objections and book qualified product demos.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and prioritise assigned leads before calling.
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to US prospects.
- Understand prospect requirements and communicate the product value effectively.
- Handle objections confidently and engage with gatekeepers.
- Book qualified product demos with Solutions Consultants.
- Send demo confirmations and conduct reminder follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, outcomes and next steps.
- Share customer objections, competitor information and market insights with the team.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls,

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in International Voice, Outbound Sales, B2B SaaS Sales or Lead Generation.
- Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication.
- Neutral accent and ability to communicate effectively with US customers.
- Solid presence of mind and objection-handling skills.
- High energy, resilience and comfort with rejection.
- Willingness to work night/US shifts from the Gurugram office.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace and dialer tools.
