Aksara Jewellers is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Female In-Store Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, generating sales, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and support repeat business.
- Maintain proper product and customer-related records.
- Build solid customer relationships and contribute to showroom sales.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates preferred.
- Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.




- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Jewellery retail/sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from retail, banking sales, gold loan, credit card, or similar sales backgrounds may also apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
