Job Title: Exchange Customer Engineer

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Duration: Full Time

Experience level: 8-20 years

Skills Required

Experience with customer facing roles in systems architecture, administration,operations, software support, IT consulting, on-premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customer base, advanced troubleshooting and SharePointcustomization and development.

BA/BS (or higher) in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and solutions to customers.

Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on premises, hybrid, and online Exchange environment and solutions.

Proven track record maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availabilityand performance.

Proven track record managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuringhigh availability and performance.

Advanced experience managing and maintaining Exchange Server environments, ensuringhigh availability and performance.

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience planning and executing migrations from legacy email systems to ExchangeServer.





Knowledge and experience developing migration strategies and timelines to minimizedowntime and disruption.

Experience performing data migration, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughoutthe process.

Knowledge and experience planning and executing migrations from on-premises ExchangeServer to Exchange Online.

Experience providing post-migration support and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

Experience with email retention and compliance solutions.

Experience with hybrid Exchange environments.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

Optional Skills

Advanced knowledge of the use of Graph API
