Job Description:

Digital Transformation Associate – Customer Engagement & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

Manage Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) analytics, dashboards and reports.

Analyse HCP/Consumer engagement, content performance and campaign effectiveness.

Support omnichannel campaign execution across Email, WhatsApp, Websites, Webinars and Digital channels.

Work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM and Marketing Automation.

Manage audience segmentation, customer journeys, campaign tracking and optimization.

Monitor website, landing page and digital asset performance.

Generate data-driven insights and recommendations for marketing teams.

Prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel or SQL.

Support UX/UI and website optimization initiatives.

Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, IT, Digital teams and external agencies.

Manage project timelines, stakeholder coordination and deliverables.

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Analytics / Martech / Digital Transformation.

Robust analytical and data interpretation skills.





Knowledge of CLM and Omnichannel Marketing.

Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Excel / SQL.

Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud / CRM / Marketing Automation.

Knowledge of Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics preferred.

Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to AI/ML, UX strategy or digital product design is an added advantage.

Additional Details :

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Analytics or related field; MBA preferred

Working days: 5 Days

Work timings: 9:00am To 6:00pm

Gender Preference: Male / Female

Interview Process: Virtual Interview, Face to face interview

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
