MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in sales, inside sales, customer success, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and phone/WhatsApp selling skills and solid follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work from the Mumbai office and at centres/events, including some evenings and weekends.

Our client is a premium sports, fitness, wellness and community brand operating across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Delhi. Its ecosystem includes Padel, Pickleball, Academies, Pilates, HYROX, Kids & Women’s programs, tournaments, events and recovery services.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the complete customer journey from lead generation to conversion, payment and onboarding.
• Handle inbound leads through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, referrals and events.
• Follow up with leads, understand their requirements and recommend the right product.
• Drive outbound sales through dormant leads, referrals,



corporate outreach and events.
• Build customer relationships and drive retention, upselling and cross-selling.
• Track conversion, response time, revenue per lead and other sales metrics.
• Improve sales scripts, follow-up processes and customer acquisition strategies.
• Participate in tournaments and events to generate new customers.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience. Open to early-career candidates who can be groomed into a future leader
• Preferred backgrounds could be sports, fitness, hospitality, consumer startups, D2C, consumer internet, inside sales, customer success, events, premium retail, or edtech.
• Candidates with strong communication, ownership, and execution skills will be preferred over qualification alone
