8–12 years of experience in Category Management, Category Analytics, Retail Analytics, Market Measurement, or Consumer and Shopper Insights. Strong hands-on experience with Nielsen POS data or NIQ data. Expertise in POS data analysis, market share analysis, category performance, and brand performance. Experience in pricing, promotion, assortment, distribution, and retail performance analysis. Strong understanding of FMCG, CPG, retail, or consumer products business models. Ability to interpret large datasets and convert findings into actionable category insights. Experience preparing dashboards, category reviews, scorecards, and business presentations. Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in Excel and data-visualization or business-intelligence tools.
