Position: Sr. ServiceNow Developer - HRSD (Hands-on)

Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days

Location: Any of the main cities, Offshore or nearshore

Folks from Hyderabad will be prioritized

An extensive background check will be done

Required:

- Must have 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow modules, with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), CSM, and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Must have done multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations of modules CSM, ITSM, HRSD
- Support ServiceNow Application Users
- ServiceNow system support including Production and Sandbox environments
- Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge
- ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation
- Reports and Dashboard
- Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
- ServiceNow Release upgrade testing




- ServiceNow Application security administration
- User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices
- Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player, excellent communication and presentation skills. Soft skills are important

Note - Key primary module required in HRSD. The rest are secondary
