Key Responsibilities:
- Perform SAP S/4HANA installations, upgrades, patches, system copies/refreshes, and add-on installations.
- Manage SAP Basis administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot HANA database memory and CPU performance issues.
- Support SAP RISE / GCP landscapes, including cloud migration initiatives.
- Work with SAP ECS teams, vendors, and internal teams to maintain system performance and SLAs.
- Contribute to SAP landscape architecture, solution design, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement SAP Basis/HANA policies and procedures.
- Configure and monitor SAP Solution Manager dashboards.
- Provide production support, including periodic 24x7 on-call support.
