Job Description:

- Take complete ownership of core SAP S/4HANA applications and interfaces with satellite systems.

- Ensure reliable and secure operation of SAP applications and interfaces, minimizing business disruptions.

- Manage SAP AMS / Application Support activities and coordinate with internal technical and business teams.

- Manage multiple vendors and ensure delivery within agreed SLA, KPI and budget.

- Act as the Service Owner for the application portfolio.

- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Downtime processes.

- Act as an escalation point for critical technical and application issues.

- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.

- Monitor and report SLA, KPI and service performance metrics to senior management.

- Conduct service review meetings and prepare management presentations/decks.





- Manage stakeholder expectations across business, IT, vendors, zones and global teams.

- Identify service risks and establish mitigation/action plans.

- Drive continual service improvement, simplification and automation.

- Coordinate application performance and interface monitoring.

- Ensure appropriate backup, restore and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes.

- Coordinate with technical teams to prevent application downtime.

- Ensure application environments follow security and compliance requirements.

- Support service lifecycle management and operational governance.

- Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer between vendors, support teams and internal teams.
