Job Description:

- Qualification: Finance background with bachelor's degree/Masters/MBA/PGDM/CA

- Must have worked on at least 4+ end to end SAP Implementation & Support

- Experience of End-to-End project lifecycle experience

- Expert in understanding of S/4 HANA Capabilities / new functionalities

- Define SAP CO blueprint for product costing and COPA aligned with business strategy.

- Drive roadmap for enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities.

- Subject Matter expert (SME) understanding of Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Order & Product Costing

- Strong hands on experience with SAP CO (Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders).

- Deep expertise in Product Costing (Standard Cost, Cost Estimates, Cost Component Split).

- Expertise in SAP CO PA (Both costing based and account based).

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Recent GL.

- Understanding of costing methodologies

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (make to order, make to stock).





- Ability to translate business profitability requirements into SAP configuration.

- Experience with cost allocation, overhead rates, and variance analysis.

- Ability to write functional and technical specifications.

- Subject Matter expert in CO cutover activities

- Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, SAP Data Services).

- Must have knowledge cross module knowledge and experience - FI-PP-MM-SD

- Experience with SAP BW/BI or SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting.

- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills

- Ready to travel to client location and work from client location.

- Lead the Project team for S/4 Hana Implementation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Change management and training delivery capability

- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting (CO), SAP Certified Application Professional Product Costing, or SAP S/4HANA CO PA certification (optional but preferred).
