Job Description:

- 1. Channel Management & Network Expansion

- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, sub-dealers, and retail outlets.

- Expand market coverage and ensure maximum product penetration.

- Monitor dealer performance, inventory levels, credit cycles, and outstanding payments.

- Resolve channel issues and maintain strong dealer relationships.

- 2. Sales & Market Share Growth

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Identify current and untapped markets within the assigned territory.

- Monitor local demand and competitor activity to increase market share.

- Conduct regular retail-counter visits to improve product placement and secondary sales.

- 3. Trade Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Execute shop-front branding, dealer-board installations, and POS activities.

- Conduct BTL activities such as canopy activations, dealer meets, and local promotions.

- Coordinate with the central marketing team for regional marketing activities.

- 4. Influencer & Relationship Management





- Build relationships with contractors, masons, and Individual Home Builders (IHBs).

- Conduct counter meets and customer engagement programs.

- Coordinate with Technical Sales Engineers during mason training and product-promotion activities.

- 5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, discounts, and supply-chain activities.

- Submit weekly and monthly sales forecasts.

- Provide regular market feedback to the sales management team.

- 6. New Product Launch & Retail Placement

- Support the commercial launch of the new Masonry Cement product.

- Ensure prominent product placement across the dealer network.

- Develop specialized retail segments and large plastering-contractor markets.

- Implement introductory trade schemes, dealer discounts, and early-adoption incentives.
