Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic and operational initiatives aligned with organisational and business objectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, clients, and industry professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth and expansion initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to support business decisions.
- Develop presentations, business proposals, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Lead projects from planning through execution while ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, operational efficiency, and overall execution.
- Monitor project and business performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives focused on the BFSI ecosystem.




- Represent the organisation in relevant client, partner, industry, and stakeholder discussions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges and proactively develop solutions.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to building scalable processes and long-term strategic capabilities.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of professional experience in BFSI, consulting, strategy, business development, operations, program management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to complex challenges.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear strategies and actionable execution plans.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and understand business impact.
- Strong proficiency in preparing business presentations, reports, and strategic documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, evolving environment.
- High ownership, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
