About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to manage the complete AR function, drive collections, ensure accurate reconciliation, and improve working capital.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, ageing and closure.
- Drive timely collections and monitor DSO, ageing and outstanding receivables.
- Manage customer reconciliations, deductions, short payments and payment disputes.
- Partner with Sales,



Business and Operations teams to resolve collection-related issues.
- Monitor credit limits, payment terms and customer credit exposure.
- Prepare and review AR MIS, ageing and collection reports for management.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in AR processes and controls.
- Lead and manage the AR team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections.
- Strong experience managing the complete AR function.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Solid understanding of collections, reconciliation, ageing, credit control and DSO.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Excel and experience with ERP Tools
