Key Responsibilities

1. Product Requirement Gathering & Documentation

- Engage with business users, underwriters, and other stakeholders to understand requirements for current products or enhancements to existing products.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications and share them with the IT team for development.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility reviews, and impact assessments for proposed product changes.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Project Execution

- Liaise continuously with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Operations, Claims, IT, Compliance, etc.) to track progress and ensure timely system deliverables.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solution discussions, and sprint planning sessions with IT and business teams.
- Monitor project timelines, raise risks or delays proactively, and support issue resolution.

3. Regulatory & Compliance Implementation





- Track regulatory updates affecting commercial insurance products and ensure end?to?end system implementation.
- Collaborate with Compliance and IT teams to interpret regulatory guidelines and translate them into system requirements.
- Support testing and validation of regulatory changes before deployment.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

- Develop and review test cases for new features and product updates.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate outcomes to ensure alignment with business expectations.
- Ensure post?deployment checks and assist with production issue resolution.

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product configurations, requirement changes, release notes, and process flows.
- Prepare periodic status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder communication materials.
