Lead design and development of 5G features in CU domain in RAN product

Develop and maintain the CU protocol stack components.

Responsibilities

- Drive technical discussions, provide mentorship to junior engineers and ensure software quality through code reviews and design validation.
- Participate in feature planning,design analysis , codingand system level debugging

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in development and design of RAN product /features in CU .
- Hands-on experience in one or more of RRC, RRM, OAM,PDCP,NG-AP,X2AP,XnAP, F1AP, YANG, Netconf models.
- Knowledge on RAN, oRAN, dis-aggregated RAN architecture, CU software, CU OAM, virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of 3gpp specifications
- Valuable knowledge on ORAN interfaces, Data path design implementation
- Design and implementation experience on SA, NSA and EN-DC, CA features
- C/C++,



Software design, development
- Exposure to AI tools and adoption of AI driven development
- Hands on experience on different test tools, simulators- should be able to script test cases using various scripts.
- Excellent skills in problem solving, leading technical task forces, design workshops, communication, co-ordination, requirements management.
- Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items.
- Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team.
- Candidates with B. Tech./ M. Tech. in C.SC/ ECE or allied streams.
