Role Purpose Objective

- Develop new partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating and maintaining relationships with Anchor Corporates to drive revenue growth for the organization under Supply Chain Finance business line.
- Take full ownership of identifying, onboarding, taking live and scaling Anchor Corporate partnerships for SCF
- Manage internal stakeholder and liaise with different departments like Credit, Risk, Ops, legal etc. to ensure everyones timely approval for different activities.
- Work with Anchor Corporate partners to start and scale different lending products and programs like Anchor Led Dealer finance/vendor finance, SID/PID etc.
- Develop program notes and model and work with tech to integrate with partner.
- Projectized the partnership engagement and undertake all activities necessary for on time go live,
- Handling post go live activities like ensuring continuous business from different Anchor Corporate partners.
- Handling and monitoring the transactions by liaising with the Anchor Corporate partner team and Internal Transaction team.




- Maintaining Data and MIS for various reporting and presentations.

Size of the Role Financial Size
- Achieve Business Budgets
- Manage 5 10 Corporate Anchor partnerships on both Dealer and Vendor side, with Program limit between 25 100 Cr. per Anchor
- Monthly Limit setup of around 5 10 Cr. Per Anchor

Non-Financial Size
- Manage Anchor Corporate partner, resolve issues
- Internal development in systems, process enhancement, policy enhancement as per Partner requirement
- On time availability of MIS to partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Role

Business/ Financials

- Help bank for executing engagements with Anchor Corporate for achieving targeted business numbers in Supply Chain Finance.
- Develop recent partnerships and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating and maintaining relationships with Anchor Corporates to drive revenue growth for the bank.
- Take full ownership of identifying, on boarding, taking live and scaling Anchor Corporate partnerships for different lending products and programs like Anchor Led Dealer finance/vendor finance, SID/PID etc
- Track performance of the business through MISs on various business and credit parameters like disbursements, # of accounts, fees, delinquencies, etc.
