- Handle outbound calls from international clients to promote financial products and services.
- Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely manner.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in an international voice process or similar role.
- Proficiency in handling international calling operations with excellent communication skills.
- Robust understanding of the sales process and ability to meet targets consistently.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings (US time zone).
