Assistant Manager – Business Development

The Role

- Lead generation & outreach: Identify and connect with prospective clients in the EV & energy sectors

- Relationship management: Build and nurture partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders

- Sales pipeline tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor deal progress

- Market research: Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

- Proposal & pitch support: Help prepare compelling sales decks and proposals

- Business optimization: Suggest and implement process improvements to increase conversion rates

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with engineering, operations, and management teams

What We're Looking For

- Sales or business development background (internships, fresher roles, or 6 month -3 years of experience count!)

- Strong communication skills – you can explain complex ideas simply and persuasively

- Self-motivated:



You own your pipeline and follow through on commitments

- CRM savvy: Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms

- Excel & PowerPoint: Can build reports, dashboards, and professional presentations

- Analytical mindset: You love data and using it to make decisions

- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field)

- Plus if you have: EV, renewable energy, or tech sector experience
