As a SAP Syniti - Associate 2, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Working closely with clients, you will develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and develop data models
- Performing data analysis and creating visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Assisting in the integration and utilization of SAP data and analytics tools to enhance data quality
- Supporting the development of data quality improvement plans and data security measures
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence for reporting and analytics
- Engaging in data integration and migration projects using SAP Data Intelligence Cloud
- Contributing to the optimization of data management processes to derive valuable insights
- Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP technologies
- Participating in team efforts to deliver quality work and drive client success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Utilizing SAP Data Integration and SAP Data Migration skills
- Engaging in complex data analysis and data modeling
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI
- Applying data visualization techniques to enhance reporting
- Adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse client needs
- Building a personal brand through consistent quality work
