As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cash management products and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to enhance our market position and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for GTS Cash products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements and prioritize development efforts.
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on market demand and business impact.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth product implementation and resolve any issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance in product design and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cash management or transaction banking products.
- Proven track record of driving successful product launches and managing complex projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in working with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques, such as roadmapping and user story mapping.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
