Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Architect with strong expertise in test automation, quality engineering, and AI-driven testing. The ideal candidate will define enterprise QA strategy, architect scalable automation frameworks, and leverage AI/GenAI to improve test coverage, test creation, defect analysis, and overall software quality.

Responsibilities

- Define and lead the enterprise QA and Quality Engineering strategy across applications and platforms.
- Design scalable, reusable test automation frameworks and architectures.
- Drive automation across UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Evaluate and implement up-to-date AI/GenAI-powered testing solutions.
- Use AI/LLMs to improve test case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, test maintenance, and test optimization.
- Explore and implement AI-driven test automation and intelligent testing workflows.
- Establish automation standards, frameworks, coding practices, and QA best practices.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
- Define quality gates, automation metrics, test coverage, and overall QA KPIs.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, product, and business teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
- Lead technical evaluations, PoCs, and adoption of emerging AI and automation technologies.




- Identify opportunities to reduce manual testing through intelligent automation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA automation engineers.
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
- 3+ years in a QA Architect / Test Architect / Automation Architect role.
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and architecture.
- Excellent experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar automation tools.
- Strong API automation experience using tools/frameworks such as REST Assured, Postman, or similar.
- Strong programming experience with Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience designing automation frameworks using Page Object Model, BDD, data-driven, and hybrid frameworks.
- Strong experience integrating automation with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and Quality Engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI/LLMs applied to software testing and QA.
- Experience using AI for test generation, test optimization, defect analysis, test data generation, or automation maintenance.
